This year’s NAMM show was a monstrous affair, to be sure.
Over four days in mid-January, more than 88,000 people found their way to the Anaheim Convention Center in California to check out the
newest products from the industry’s biggest players. Despite an air of economic uncertainty, the event was packed with a record number of
exhibitors ( 1,560 to be exact) and it seemed that every company in attendance – from Fender and Taylor to the smallest boutique shops – had
something to get excited over. It validated our belief that it is great time to be a gearhead.
