PAUL GILBERT SIGNATURE PGM300REWH REISSUE
From his days in Racer X and Mr. Big to his most recent instrumental work, Paul Gilbert’s mind-bending, warp-speed playing has inspired countless guitarists. With their telltale F-holes, Paul’s
signature Ibanez PGM axes have become legendary for their looks, exceptional sound and feel.
Ibanez celebrates the 20th anniversary of the PGM line by unveiling the PGM300REWH, a reissue of the PGM300WH. The decision to reissue this PGM model was made by a worldwide fan
vote, held on line at Ibanez.com.
The PGM300REWH features a 5-piece maple/walnut Wizard Prestige neck with maple fretboard,
Edge bridge, DiMarzio PAF-PRO pickups in the bridge and neck positions, and a DiMarzio FS- 1
in the middle. This is a limited production model—only 200 will be made available worldwide. A
hardshell case and special 20th anniversary certificate are also included.
MEISEL MST- 10 CHROMATIC CLIP-ON TUNER
The new MST- 10 from Meisel Accessories
weighs only 1 ounce and is small enough to fit
in most instrument cases. In addition to the clip
pickup, it has a switchable built-in microphone
for tuning acoustic instruments. The clip picks
up only the instrument, no background noises.
It’s calibrated for guitar, bass and chromatic,
and will tune low-B and high-C bass notes. The
large, easy-to-read display is red when not in
tune and green when in tune.
Based on the PRS 513 model platform, the new 305
model features three proprietary PRS single-coil pickups offering five classic sounds. This guitar’s warm,
clear bite offers single-coil tones unlike any other PRS
model. The 305 boasts a carved alder body, 22-fret
rock maple neck, 25. 5" scale length, banded melon
“513” bird inlays. Additional appointments include
rosewood fretboard, “513” neck shape, tremolo
bridge, PRS phase II low-mass locking tuners, nickel
hardware with gold option, volume and tone control
with a 5-way blade pickup selector.
This instrument incorporates the classic ingredients of
vintage single-coil guitars with improved modern construction that adds increased natural acoustic sustain.
Carlos Santana and Mark Tremonti of Creed both currently have the first prototypes of 305 models as part
of their personal guitar arsenals.
