Sheryl Crow celebrates after nailing “My
Favorite Mistake” at a show in Detroit. She
had been having difficulties with her in-ear
monitors and stopped the song about a
minute into it, saying, “Sorry, folks…I’m
getting killed up here…I just want to give
you a good show.” An adoring crowd
showed their appreciation for the restart and
her commitment to quality by giving her a
standing ovation after the song. Crow’s bass
is a ’70s Guild M- 85.
