guitarist, releasing three albums within a
15-month period in the late ’60s. Shortly
after the band dissolved, he worked with
Karla Bonoff and Andrew Gold in the group
Bryndle. They recorded an album, which
remained unreleased until a 1995 reunion
brought the group together again. When
Rondstadt began her solo career she called
on Edwards to join her band. He played
with Rondstadt from the mid ’70s through
the mid ’80s. Over the last decade, Edwards
has mainly performed as a solo singer/song-writer, in addition to playing duo shows with
Bonoff. His last record, Resurrection Road,
was released in 2009.
