J.D. DeServio toys with the
audience during a solo while on
tour with Black Label Society.
He’s playing a custom 5-string
version of his signature neck-through Schecter bass, which has
a mahogany body, a maple/walnut
multi-laminate neck with an ebony
fretboard, a Hipshot bridge, and
EMG-35Hz pickups. In addition
to anchoring BLS, the Berklee-trained DeServio has a side project
called Cycle of Pain and remains
passionate about teaching.
