DOYLE DELUXE
Taylor signature artist Doyle Dykes has
long favored maple Grand Auditorium
acoustic models. A decade after the
introduction of his DDSM model, we’re
pleased to unveil a new namesake
guitar, the Doyle Deluxe (DDX), a
maple laminate GA with a solid Sitka
spruce top. The goal was to bring a
more affordable signature-style guitar
to Doyle-inspired players while still
delivering a high level of performance.
Offered in black with a gloss finish, the
DDX features Doyle’s Chet Atkins-style
fretboard inlays, a stylized signature
treatment emblazoned along the
headstock, a 25-1/2-inch scale length,
and a 1-11/16-inch neck. The guitar
comes performance-ready with Taylor’s
under-saddle ES-T® pickup.
