Bush guitarists Gavin Rossdale and Chris Traynor serve up
a double dose of tone at a recent Fillmore show in Detroit,
MI. While Rossdale’s 2003 Fender American Standard
Stratocaster is for the most part stock—with the exception
of a Tele-style volume pot—Traynor’s Gibson Historic Les
Paul is a complete refurb. Carved and shaped to feel vintage
correct, it’s loaded with vintage-accurate parts and Sheptone
Tribute pickups that were custom-wound for Traynor.
