In terms of sound, the Galaxy is more like a very big small amp
than a standard big amp. When you push a small amp really hard
its hair stands on end, it screams at the top of its lungs with
arms flailing wildly, head spinning back and forth, and it shits
its pants. When you push a big amp really hard it just sits there
staring at you with a cross expression. The Galaxy totally gets
all of that small amp goodness when you drive it hard, but with a
thicker, meatier cast to the tone and a much bigger sound image.
